Health promotion is a service run by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. You can get your doctor's advice directly on any health issue by calling this health care helpline at 120. This helpline is dedicated to your service 24 hours a day. Apart from this, you can get any information and phone number from the government hospital, doctor's information or any other healthcare related information. You can also report any complaints or suggestions you may have about government, non-governmental healthcare or hospital issues. That complaint will be reported to the appropriate authorities and you will also be informed about what action has been taken on your complaint.

After dialing 122, press 0 (zero) to talk to your doctor directly for advice on your health. If you would like to know anything about your nearest government hospital, doctor information or healthcare, press 1. If you have a complaint about a public-private hospital, clinic or other public health service, press 2. Press 4 to find out more about the Health Assurance Service of the Ministry of Health. Press 8 to report any suggestions or complaints regarding health care services.

Remember, health promotion is not a business service and it is the most affordable mobile healthcare. It requires a charge of Tk 2.5 (inclusive of VAT) and a 5 second pulse to make phone calls.
